1. Definitions

3. Eligibility

7. Intellectual Property Rights

8. Subscription, Fees & Payments

• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

11. Service Availability

• Scheduled maintenance or updates may cause temporary downtime

12. Termination & Suspension

13. Limitation of Liability

16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and courts located in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
